Let’s eat healthy foods!

“Kumain
ng Wasto at Maging Aktibo, Push Natin to” that is our nutrition month theme
this school year 2019. We should accept the fact that the mentioned theme is
what we need in life. Everybody loves to eat food, some of us can eat all-day,
but do we eat healthy foods?
Eating
healthy foods can give us a huge amount of energy to use, so that we can
maintain a healthy lifestyle. If we eat all-day it isn’t normal even if it’s
healthy because eating too much can cause us laziness. And eating unhealthy
foods like junk foods, can cause many things to our healthy lifestyle, and
because of that it might lead to a certain disease such as obesity, heart
disease, overweight, diabetes and many more.
But
with the help of the event or the nutrition month, it helps us to take courage
to have a proper lifestyle.
We
must improve our healthy eating habits so that such disease would not spread to
our precious lifestyle. “What you eat is, what you get”, that is a saying that
what you consume is what you will have. Your body needs an improvement so that
we will always be tough.
We
should be developing this as our daily dose in life. Eating is not a bad habit
but it has a limitation.
